Help Moving Money via Online bank accounts..

I have some $$$ in a capital ONE account, which I am moving because of the rapid decrease of the Interest rate to CountryWide..

Since Cap One is my first time ever doing banking online, I am a unsure of how to get the money moved from Cap ONE to Country wide.....

How do you guys normally move money from one online bank to the next... do you first transfer the Money from Cap ONE into your offline checking account?

It would be easy to move it to countrywide, but I don't think a they or cap One gives you a routing # since its technically not a checking account....

Every bank has a routing number and every account has an account number. It's how the banks communicate. Ask Capital One for the routing number to the account. Simple as that.

A word of caution, however, on Countrywide. Since BofA is buying them, they may lower the interest rate soon.
