  • Zecco changed their policy

    Zecco.com used to have no minimum and no charge for stock trades up to 10/day and 40/month; $3.50 if over 40. Today they changed. Now they have a $2500 minimum to get 10 free trades/month; $4.50 for every trade over 10. They just changed it about an hour ago.
    WOW what a big change!

    EDIT: If you already have an account with Zecco the changes don't take effect until January 1, 2008.

    Wow, that IS quite a change.

    On the other hand, I suppose it's not surprising. They took a big hit to start up and compete. It was only a matter of time before they have to turn around and start pulling in revenue somehow.
