Quick Question

So in my excitement about opening an Amtrust Direct account I apparently tried to transfer in money that had not yet been collected. I trasfered the last of my ING account money. $10.70 to Amtrust but since it was a referral bonus and I didnt realize it wasn't mine yet. It kicked back out. Will Amturst Charge me for this? Also, why does Amtrust Direct put such a long hold on my money? Right now i have a hold for $29 which is random because i never put 29 in the last deposit before my 10 that kicked back out was 18 from GMAC Bank (which made my Balance $500 so i dont have any charges) so why 29?

These are questions you need to ask Amtrust and ING directly. Only they have the definitive answers. If you hate calling customer service numbers as much as I do, use the "account information" email address on their "Contact Us" webpages. Just state your question as clearly and briefly as possible and they should send you a reply the next business day.
