Costco Instant Rebates on Compact Fluorescents

My Costco has PG&E sponsored rebates right now on compact fluorescents. It's not the deal I saw a couple years ago-where it was $8 off, final price $2.99 for 8!-but it's still a good deal. I paid 7.19 after "instant" rebate for eight bulbs, 60 watt equivalent. If you are on the west coast/serviced by PG&E, might want to take a peek.

i bought the flourescent bulbs for the entire house and 3 blew right away and i got new replacements and they blew... so, i wrote to the manufacturer for a solution....i bought mine at hd with a similiar deal as you said. the other ones that worked are great....
