What financial problem do you have right now?

I saw this question posed on another site.
I know most regulars here don't have a lot of financial "problems" per say, but I thought it would be interesting to see what people are saying.

The only problem I have, if you want to call it one, is that I still have a mortgage.
It is totally manageable, and I earn more in the markets versus paying it off early.
It would just be nice if it wasn't there

So long as the mortgage is within your budget, I don't think I could call that a problem. It is a liability, but one that more than 50% of American's choose.

I do eat out a lot, but that is a choice and is in my budget, so I don't think of that a problem.

With about $40k sitting in a money market account, it isn't earning a lot. That is arguably a problem.

I've been going pretty aggressively after my bills recently. I managed to drop my truck insurance from $1,500 to $400 every six months. My phone bill I have cut from $90 to $45 monthly.

I've posted about signing up for a couple of Chase credit cards recently. I understand more now how people fall into credit traps. One is dedicated to medical cost for tracking purposes, while the other card which was sold as a travel card, I am using using as an emergency use in case there were a problem with the my bank's debt system (there was about a two months ago). To keep it active though I put a meal or two a week on it, or use it when out for dinner with friends, then I am some how surprised when I get a $300 bill at the end of the month!

I pick semi expensive hobbies, but for the most part once they are paid for there isn't much cost. Bee keeping is expensive to get into, but it makes me a couple hundred dollars a year now. Caving isn't terribly expensive (terribly being the key word), but driving two hours one way adds up. I chose to buy all of my scuba gear which was $$, but I own it for life. Astrophotography was $$$ but again I own it for life. I am considering long term plans for cave diving which will require a closed circuit rebreather $$$ and training $$$, but that is probably three years out right now.

I don't have a "problem" necessarily, so much as a few challenges to deal with ....

Mostly: chaos & change. I'm in the process of moving right now, but it's been whiplash with various factors forcing multiple 180° changes in the plan ... Going from "I'm gonna live in Japan & rent a house, driving my super-cheap cars" to "ok we're moving to NC, buying a house, & finding some nice new EV/Hybrid cars" and now back to "And we're staying in Japan!"

Also, I'm overdue in working with the tax person I hired to help us with our increasingly complex tax situation ... Filed an extension in April but with all of the aforementioned chaos (plus lengthy delays in getting K-1s), taxes have just remained stuck near the bottom of my priority list.
