In the fall of 2024, I took out a parent student loan for my daughter to go to college. It was through Federal Student Aid website. The university took the funds and even send me the overpayments back to me. However, when I log into the account, I do not see any balance or any information? Do you have any idea why? I would like to pay the interest now until I can start paying it off. I have not gotten any emails, letters, etc, so I cannot get my account number

I would start by reviewing the loan documents and promissory note that you signed when you took the loan. That paperwork should answer all of your questions. If it doesn't, call the loan company. If you can't contact them, try calling the financial aid office at the school and see if they can help you.Steve
