tickets for $400 for 4 days include 2 bonus days right now if you book them through Undercover Tourist. I've used them for all my Disney trips, they are reliable.

I would get the Unofficial Guide to WDW. It's daunting at 800 pages but you can skip the whole section on where to stay. Every single place to eat is reviewed. Every attraction is reviewed. It gives you online access to real time line waits, which rides still have FPs available, where you can get a last minute meal reservation, which day to go to which park based on crowd levels, all info you'll want on your phone when you're down there. Follow the Touring Plans in the back. I've always done this with some variation and it has never let us down in terms of waiting in lines. They've done tons of research on WDW to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Why try to plan it yourself when these nice people have done all the heavy lifting for you? Can't recommend it enough.

Note that all of this info is provided free of charge by Disney themselves through the My Disney Experience app. You need the app anyway. No reason to pay someone else for that info.
