Citibank to refund $330 million in overcharges

Citigroup is preparing to issue $330M in refunds after overcharging credit card accounts on their annual interest rates resulting in an average $190 refund to those affected. If I pay off my monthly balance every month does that mean I would be excluded from the $190 refund?

If this was a class action suit, you probably aren't a member of the class. It would likely only be people who were actually affected by the overcharge. There's no reason they would reimburse people who weren't overcharged.
