Processing Financial POA

Hello, my elderly Mom has a living trust with financial power of attorney. My sister and I are named as trustees. It states I must get 2 doctors letters of incapacity for the POA to be put into effect. I am working on those now with a neurologist. My question is. When I get the letters who do I take them to in order to be processed? Her attorney?

Yes, I would contact the attorney who drew up the POA to find out what you need to do to activate it.
