My Wife (prior to us marrying) had done the leasing dog deal where the company pays for all the food, check ups, etc. Its a 2 year contract, and the payment seemed to be a car payment worth from what she was telling me. Sucky part was she wasn't exactly mature enough to maintain this and she ended up selling the dog. Do to the contract she was in, the company went after her and forced her to pay the agreed amount total which I believe was around 2k. Yep I will say it, stupidity LOL...I laugh about this as I am glad I wasn't part of it, but All I can say is never lease a dog, as someone mentioned earlier, there are plenty off good dogs at shelters that need good homes.
