Here is another monthly budget template - this one is highly generic and geared towards annual planning. I know the guy who made it, he's super into budgeting and planning.

He also recommends taking free online courses to help with your budgeting. Since investing in your own skills and knowledge is usually a good idea, I can't disagree with the spirit of his recommendation.
