That's true, but the location mentioned was Caracas, Venezuela, not Curacao.

Certainly, what constitutes a "typical" breakfast varies dramatically around the world. Still, it's rather eye-opening to see that what I earn in literally a few seconds of work might take someone in another part of the world all day or more to earn.

I'm doing high protein, clean carbs, low fat. And hitting the gym 6 days a week. I'm down 17lbs since Xmas.
Congrats on the weight loss. I hope you are making an omelet with the eggs and not just chugging them.

dice up some onions, mushrooms, and olives, mix it in well, then chug away!

            I don't eat breakfast anymore...so 0 hours

it's always been the easiest meal for me to skip. I actually fast until 4 or 5pm ... the problem with me is that I snack late at night...

Not eating breakfast is probably more expensive than these under $1 meals people are posting. You tend to eat larger and poorer later.

Totally agree. A healthy breakfast is important to fuel your body for the day.

The breakfast foods these numbers are based on are rather "American" aren't they? I lived for several months in a place where dairy was a luxury and drinking a whole cup of it was almost unimaginable.

I'm a bit like you except that isn't breakfast that I skip but lunch.
