ebay has changed a setting that all sellers need to be aware of. I just discovered it this morning.
When you create a listing, there used to be a check box in the shipping section if you wanted to offer international shipping.
That check box is gone. The DEFAULT is now to use the Global Shipping program. You might be fine with that as it definitely has some advantages and makes shipping internationally super easy as ebay handles everything on their end with the added cost, customs forms, etc.
If you don't want to have international shipping, you need to go into your user settings and turn off that default. Turning it off will not change existing listings. You need to go to the Seller Hub and individually change each listing to turn off international shipping.
I currently have 50 listings so I've had to go into every one of them to turn it off as I do not want to ship internationally for various reasons.
