Verizon & Auto Pay

Is anyone else having issues setting up auto pay with Verizon? They are telling me that I can't because I have auto pay with a bank. I don't have and never had auto pay with my bank. I only had e-Bill with my bank. I guess Verizon considers e-Bill auto pay. I have dealing with this all week. The e-Bill has been stopped since the 14th.

I just set up auto pay for Verizon a month or so ago without issue.

My Verizon auto pay charges my credit card. Then I get the cash back for it.

I auto pay with a credit card through Verizon's website. I have had no issues. I hope that helps!

I never use auto-pay for anything.
