My parents have $1 ZTE phones from cricket. Now they have iPhones. I looked into unlocking the ZTEs and that level of computer stuff just isn't in my wheelhouse. Is it worth selling them locked? Unlocked they were going for $98. And if I take the sim card out, that erases all my parents' info, right?

What model is it, I see cricket ZTE phones selling very well on eBay. Lots of cricket customers out there that will buy your locked phone

Do a search for sold listings and see what they're going for. I'm sure they're probably worth selling. Whatever you get for them is money in your pocket so why not?
