Get in the best shape of my life.

Save 138k, always have a yearly savings goal instead of net worth gain since I can control contributions.

Resolution: Saving 29% gross between HSA, 401k (all Roth), IRA (all Roth), and the extra amount over minimum on my mortgage. Already setup and G2G, all hands off. That's up about 5-7% from current year.

Create a mantra and remind yourself of it each and every morning. Life goals cannot be achieved with one paycheck, with one workout, or with one anything. Long term, consistent work gets long term consistent results regardless of a good day or a bad day. Stay positive no matter what a day, week, month, or year brings. Rome was not built in a day.
This applies to attitude, health, wealth, and most importantly, happiness, and mental quality of life.

Limit restaurant spending to $100 per month with the exception of lunch/dinner meetings for business. (I dine out more than necessary)

Don't buy OR sell any large items. This one I struggle with quite a bit. I have a higher % of my net worth in a collector Lamborghini than I should and I struggle with keeping or selling it often. The "responsible" side of me says to sell it and put that money into the S&P 500 but at the end of the day I love the car and it has gone up in value since I've acquired it and should continue to do so. I own it outright and its worth about $150k.

Maintain working out at least 3x per week

Schedule a full physical with blood work. (I'm 30 but want to try and start creating good habits now with routine doctor visits.)
