Christmas Bonus

I have 2 part-time jobs, one in the private sector and one in the public sector. No holiday bonus at either job. In the public sector job, obviously no bonus. In the private sector job, I get a small profit-sharing bonus in the spring in the form of a deposit to my 401k.

Wife received her bonus at the Christmas party last weekend. 1K
I have deferred salary that my company owes me for the year, I get it before the year ends so its like a Christmas bonus (But its really guaranteed salary) 30K this year and i also have lots of "Comp" days an unused vacation they are talking about just paying us for. So could be more.
Last year they also gave us each $50 gift cards.
