I was in Tijuana on 11/12/25, upon returning to USA on The TJ pedestrian side a long line of about 500 Mexican men aged 20's - 30's were waiting to enter USA. I'm guessing they are coming into USA for the H-1B visa in order to work in specialty fields for those holding a college degree? Anyone know what is going on? After COVID, I've noticed various types of groups entering (ie, women with kids, males 20's - 30's, etc). Mexican nationals with passports and 1 suitcase with their belongings.
