Okay, so there are a TON of influencers, gurus and analysts in the personal finance space.
I wanted to share a few that I like and who have been consistently good.
1. Liz Ann Sonders.
She's a schwab analyst, her macro economic stuff isn't quite as hard hitting as her tweets, but her tweets are bit sized and compelling looks into stock market statistics.
Her twitter account is here.
Her photo from her LinkedIn account is below.

2.Bill Conerly.
Conerly is an independent macroeconomist. He's a Forbes contributor and has a Ph.D from Duke University. He's done a couple of recent, and good webcasts on the state of the US economy.
I can't speak to his consulting work, but his newsletter and webinars are helpful for investors.
You can find the sign up here.

3. James Altucher
Altucher is probably the most famous of all three of these people I think are worth listening to. He's a bit of an odd duck. Altucher is a chess fiend, an investor and entrepreneur. The guy got started doing websites back in 2001 and has since started and sold several companies.
He's also made a ton of money, and lost a lot of it. Much of his advice is controversial - for example he advocates not going to college. He's also been married three times, and at one point lived exclusively out of AirBnBs.
I'm adding him here because at his core, he's an insightful observer of social and economic trends. For example he recently penned an article arguing that New York City would be unlikely to make a quick recovery from the Coronavirus Pandemic. (here).
His website is here. I follow him and have subscribed to his email list.
Here is a photo of Altucher, via wikipedia.

For me - getting better information and analysis means I can make better decisions, so I would love to hear who the rest of the forums listens to.
