I feel better because I am getting more solid sleep. I used to wake up multiple times during the night, but now I get more REM sleep. Funny--I don't know if it is because my hair is growing out a little more (no haircut since March), but it is not as gray as it was.
Weight wise-- I put on about 4 pounds over the Christmas season. I have been trying to gradually lose it... (every time I lose a pound or two, we keep having "eating opportunities"

Also, I have a bum knee. If Covid had not come along, I think I would have opted for the surgical option by now (I completed the PT last OCT, but the knee is still giving me trouble) As a result, I only walk a little over a mile every day. I used to do 3 miles daily with occasional 10 mile hikes.
