What is the Best Cash Back Retirement Credit Card

I travel extensively for a living and most of it is international travel and I get reimbursed for all of the expenses so I am looking for a retirement focused cash back credit card...AND...it needs to have no foreign funds transaction fees.

I know that I do not want a card that offers "points" or some other gimmick as I already have a Kazillion points at Marriott ...I just want the money that will be placed into my retirement account automatically each statement.

Is there such a credit card that offers money back and no foreign fund transaction fees???

If so just tell me what to do and I will do it!!!

I don't think it's legal to for any entity besides you to transfer money into IRA and 401k/403b accounts. Thus, I doubt they exist.
