Three easy-peasy steps. Well, pretty easy: I spent over 9 hours today completing an application for an emergency loan. I don't mind it though - these things shouldn't be easy to get or you would have rampant abuse. You've got to want an SBA loan REALLY bad to muck through all of the questions and forms.
