  • Good time to list on ebay

Yesterday I had one item sell. Today I had two more sell. These are all things I listed weeks ago.

I think that with so many people out of work and stuck at home, more people may be browsing online to pass the time. If I'm right, this is a great time to be selling stuff online.

I'm still working full time as always so I don't have a bunch of free time to list items, but I might try and get some stuff listed. If you are sidelined from work and have stuff to sell, this might be a golden opportunity.

That too, except that depends on people going out and meeting others in person. Ebay is totally contact-free.

Assuming you meant ebay....I've shipped items listed on facebook market and craigslist via paypal with no issues

I was thinking about that. What I wonder though - how long will the various means of shipping things function?

Yep. That was a typo. I meant ebay.

I never ship on Facebook. I've heard too many scam stories about that. Besides, the stuff I sell on Facebook is entirely different than the stuff I sell on Ebay. I use Facebook for larger items, hard to ship items, and items that are in wide demand. I use Ebay for collectibles that have a much narrower market so I want the nationwide (or worldwide) audience.

That's a good - and disturbing - question. Amazon has stopped shipping any non-essential items. The post office can't really do that since they have no idea what I'm shipping but they could still limit service somehow.
