Spousal surcharge

My wife and I are signing up for health insurance and I was wondering if anyone knew is the spousal surcharge is just for medical or is for dental and vision also? I have contacted my benefits center twice and gotten two different answers.

There is no way to answer that. All insurances and all company policies are SO different.

When I worked I had full coverage for medical, dental, and vision for all of us.

My husband's office only covers medical. Dental and Vision is extra. He has to specify what he wants to add us to.
