Without it we were paying $70/month for internet for $80 with taxes. So $20 for tv and DVR and HBO. I guess I could save $20 but it's $15 in taxes in fees and the bundle was $75. UGH.

But I am debating cutting the cord. Netflix? hulu? How much do you guys spend? We cut amazon prime.
Our apartment "comes" with cable and wifi included in the rent. It is $79.99 for the basic cable and internet package that is just part of what we pay the complex monthly. BUT we don't watch TV hardly ever. We have Hulu, Netflix, Funimation, and Amazon (with HBO and Starz). Our family members and we use the same accounts and we all pool the cash. So, it only costs us about $20 a month... and we never run out of anything to watch. The only downside to this pooling method is some sites, like Netflix, will only allow four screens to be tuned in at a time.

For us, this was totally worth it! Plus, there are a few Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix originals we absolutely love.
