
i was walking 2 miles a day on my tm... then last weekend, i had company.. i am walking 1/2 to 1 mile a day, this week.. can't get back into it.
i have been doing strenuous chores, gardening, vacuuming, etc. i read somewhere, that you must walk 2 miles a day, to lose weight... i must say, that i am in much better shape from the walking......i try to walk at am and pm.. they say to vary your times of exercise.
