    Hi everyone,

I am expecting my first child (actually due in a couple of days!) and my partner and i could really do with some help regarding life insurance policies.

I've looked online and compared some quotes, and i recently found this one called Best price Fs. Tempted to go with them because they don't charge commission and they are cheaper than the other sites i have looked at (the more to spend on baby clothes the better!) Best price Fs charge £20 to purchase a policy, where as cavendish are £35 and money world are £25 from what i can make out. Using a big name insurance company is important (so hopefully) they would pay out if the worst happened! Your input would be most helpful.

    Thanks

Hope you're choosing term life insurance. How long has the company been operating? I wasn't able to find that name on-line but it's incredibly difficult to get past local advertisers in Canada for details in GB. Have you checked with your version of Consumer Affairs for complaints?

Hi yes i've purchased a level term plan for 20years. I did read articles from money saving expert and worked out the rest for myself, common sense really. I was looking for the best way to buy cover from one of the leading insurance companies in the U.K.. Ive purchased a plan from L&G now on the bestpricefs.co.uk website.
Was straight forward enough. The costs were the lowest i could find.....£20 to use the site and £18pm for the cover. Other sites were quoting £23pm over 20years!! I didn't check for complaints but L&G are big in the U.K.

      Cheers
