Welcome, Alex. To change your profile picture, click on Control Panel (the leftmost option in the blue bar). Then under Settings & Options, click on the last option which is Edit Profile Picture (or choose Edit Avatar for the picture that appears next to your posts). Either way, scroll down to select the Custom option and either enter the URL of your picture (if it's on a website) or upload it from your computer, and save. Hope that helps.

Hi Alex. I'm new too. Here's how I uploaded my face:

Click "Control Panel"
Click "Edit Profile Picture"
Upload your picture and click submit.
