Where is the best place to keep an emergency fund?

You want the money accessible, convenient and safe. A lot depends on your ability to plan and how fast you need the funds. Everything depends on you!

I rarely, if ever need an emergency fund, but I use my line of credit as an emergency fund. In most cases, I can fund any emergency from cash flow so it is rare I need additional funds.
