Is private messaging enabled in this forum ?

I can't seem to find a way to send a private message to other members. Is this option not available in this forum ? Or do you need to be a member for a certain period of time before communicating privately with other members ?

You need to have at least 15 posts and be a member for a week before posting links and probably the same for private messages.
