Does skipping breakfast save money?

    I don't think money shouldn't be more important than your health. Don't skip meals to save money. You can get a good correct nutrition at a good price if you're not eating out too much (the food is usually crappy anyway) and cook your meals at home. There's ways to get a nutritious breakfast and not spend a fortune. Anyway ... don't put your health on the line for the money you'd save, learn to shop/eat smart and healthy and the savings will come naturally.

      It depends on the person. I don't think there is any evidence that skipping a meal is somehow unhealthy. I don't eat breakfast. I am simply not hungry in the morning. My kids are the same way. They either learned it from me or they just don't feel hungry. I used to get up and try to cook them a nice breakfast or offer them cereal, etc and they wouldn't eat it. Now, it is up them if they want something. They can get themselves some cereal or ask me to make them something and I will. But if they don't ask, I just don't do it anymore because I just wound up throwing food away.
