Do companies offer financial considerations if I am to avail an insurance? To be specific, long term care insurance company. Doctor told us that my mum has a moderate dementia with severe episodes of sundowning syndrome. Help?

I suspect you will have a tough time finding a company willing to write a long term care policy for a patient already diagnosed with dementia. The time to buy LTC insurance is when you're healthy. Good luck.Steve
