I think a mobile app is probably overkill when a nice response web site would be fine. Perhaps there's an appropriate responsive template for vBulletin that would work?

This is a problem I have with a lot of forums. The titles of threads are too small to click without zooming on a tablet or phone and the numbers for navigating through pages are worse. Then there's the fact that it's difficult to make the content of the posts bigger while still fitting them on the screen.

Typing on mobile devices is a pain, so I don't post much from them. But, I wish it were easier to browse the forum on them.

The site is impossible to browse on a phone.
