Home Utilities Challenge " Who's got the lowest?"

Hi Everyone, I am curious to know if anyone out there has a lower utilities bill/payment for one year living in their home?

My house is a 1600 sq f. small cape.

We have Central Air cooling, Heating, Propane for gas stove, and all the essential electric devices.

We paid a total of $1,310.00 for a years worth of utilities. Please let me know if anyone out there has a similar home and is paying less than I am?

Location: Maine

Criteria: You Must live in the New England Area.

Not really a fair challenge because one's location will greatly effect how much utilities are....
