  • Denied by Columbia House DVD Club???

I enrolled in the Columbia House DVD club and got a letter a month later rather then my DVD's saying that I couldn't enroll, I have used them in the past to get DVD's really cheap and fufill my obligations and then cancel and repeat later on. Has anyone also noticed a crackdown by companys not allowing people from joining? I don't know what the deal is they still make money off me because I still fufill my obligations of buying regular price stuff.

sorry to hear that you could always write them a letter asking why you were denied

I've never heard of someone being rejected...I do that all the time with book clubs.

I've seen clubs where if you cancel, you can't sign up again for 90 days, but never rejected. How many times have you done this with Columbia?

I have been a member with Columbia House DVD club two or three times fufilled my obligations and canceled sometimes remained active a little longer I used to be a member of their Laserdisc club, (Remember Laser Discs? they could play with deep scratches unlike tiny scratches that cause DVD's to skip)

I sign up with those clubs like once every two years since I always happen to chance "upon" them while I'm doing regular surfing on the net. I'm sure that nothing is wrong and that all you'll have to do is write them and ask why you were denied.
