While I am probably the only person that didnt like super size me cause I thought it was extremely flawed (no I am not saying McDonalds is good for you), the guy who did that documentary has a new show called 30 days. I saw it the other night and it was quite interesting.
In this episode him and his girl friend had to live on minimum wage for 30 days. They started out with about 350 bucks and did it in Cleveland Ohio. The eye opener was when they had one medical emergency.
While I have been very lucky to have had health care my whole life, I think of my mother who is 58 and will not qualify for medicare for a while. Gives me a new thought on single payer system for health insurance. Has anyone else seen this show?
