    I suppose that is because people don't talk about the ones that are going well. Everyone wants the juiciest gossip. I agree that people often don't take the time to carefully consider the full impact of their decisions, it's definitely not limited to young people though.

      Plan your meals for the entire week and list down all the ingredients that you will need. Go to the grocery once a week and buy only the stuff that are included in your grocery list. If you know that you have ready ingredients at home, you will be reluctant to eat out.

        I think its not ideal to eat out always if you want to save money. That is not practical but you can do it but not often like everyday. Why not cook food and store it in the fridge then microwave it in the morning or whenever you want to but make sure you don't over stored it in the fridge.
