Condo would be a good return on investment

Its a great idea, buying condo to rent out is a phenominal idea. I always want to buy a new home but cannot buy as I am still short of some money. However, I love this idea as its convenient and best way to get good return on investment.

Condos are not now nor have they ever been a good investment!

I disagree. Between my father and I, we have owned more then 25 condos as investments. All of them have turned a profit during the time they were owned. Just like anything else, you need to buy at the right place and the right price.
