Same here. HH Gregg moved right into the old Circuit City stores. They are almost a carbon copy of Curcuit City. I went in a few times and wasn't impressed. Their prices weren't much different than anyone else. The only really good prices on electronics were on a brand that I never heard of before, and their staff wasn't knowledgeable about any of the products that I asked about.

I bought my TV over 2 years ago at a PC Richards and was pleased with them. Good price, knowledgeable and non-pushy staff.

I hate to say this, but Best Buy also has pretty mediocre customer service. There have been a minority of times when I interact with a BB floor representative and think "Wow, that person was really informative, friendly, and helpful". The vast majority of my experiences with BB reps are very average and several times its been downright poor (i.e. they are rude, very uninformed, or just completely ignore you). I realize its the prices that are killing BB compared to Amazon, but their customer service isn't helping them either.
