I cancelled mine and then started it right back up a month later. I just have streaming now and occasionally use red box.

We finally got rid of Netflix about three days ago, and no regrets. It is the best feeling ever to finally be rid of it! We were not getting our money's worth, and they were basically going to double our cost each month. A penny saved, is one earned!!

That's the biggest Netflix advantage. We can get films that we simply can't get elsewhere, and they're only available via DVD, so we're keeping the DVD and dropping the streaming.

We like all the dramas and TV shows offered on Neflix. We've switched to only streaming, but may go back to DVDs too. Redbox only has popular mainstream stuff; we're more the indie types.

I use the streaming, cancelled the DVD because I didn't use it enough to constitute the price.

I’m thinking about dropping Netflix, but honestly I don’t think that my SO will be okay with that. Its not necessarily the money that bothers me but the greed.

We just switched from streaming/1 DVD to streaming only.

No reason to ditch Netflix. They offer a great product/service at a great price, no longer unbelievable.

I don't know how people do just the streaming, there is not enough good stuff on there, just enough to keep me occupied between DVDs. If they had everything streaming I would pay $50 per month. To get what they offer for under $20 per month is a steal.

Complain about Netflix pricing? Do better. Rent movies for $2-3 each, or even the $1/night Redbox. You can't get as much as you can get with Netflix.

I disagree, they have a ton on their streaming now and not all low rate shows, many current shows are streaming. I have more then enough on streaming to keep me busy!

My wife and I got rid of Netflix when they announced the whole Qwikster debacle. We switched to Blockbuster.com. I think Netflix did turn around DVDs a little faster, but honestly, if they're going to try to force streaming down our throats and take away the DVD plan, I'd rather do business with a company that actually wants mine.
