I was looking through some older papers and came across my New Years resolutions for 2005. As you probably guessed as I happened to find them, I wasn't very focused on them and I'm not sure if I'll be able to complete them. Will you complete yours for this year and if you will, how did you stay focused on them through the entire year?

Re: Will you complete your financial New Year's resolutions?
mine was just a simple one, it was pay all the bills on time (work for that ultimate credit score)
and its been done.
Only on an account where it didnt go to the credit union was a few times late, and i'm sorry that happened. cause i had the means to pay it on time.
This year, the resolution is gonna be pay of as big a chunk of bills as possible.
Student loans etc..

Mine last year was to stick to a low carb diet and pay my credit card off in full every month. I did it!! I have the same goals this year, but I want to save more, a whole lot more.

Re: Will you complete your financial New Year's resolutions?
I have kept lists of all of my new years's resolutions going back to about 1988. A lot of them were financial and a lot depended on the stock market. Like, I would want my mutual funds to be worth a certain amount. Now I see it is up to me to add to those accounts and save more!
