Tax credit for winterizing?

I've heard that for 2006 and 2007 only, you get a tax credit for qualifying repairs on your home that make it more energy efficient (new windows, insulation, etc).

I can't find anything about this on the IRS site.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? Can anyone point to the relevant documentation on irs.gov?

Yes, I can confirm...I wrote in the news about it <a href="http://www.savingadvice.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8035">here</a> and it was made into law.
