The survey at the bottom of most register receipts, I fill them out for the heck of it. Most times it's for a chance to win a gift card.

Never won anything.

Anyone else do this? Ever won anything?

I enter contests sometimes. I never do the receipt ones though. I've never won anything.

I never bother with them. I've usually got too many other things going on to think about doing those surveys.

I don't think I've ever done them. The only ones I've considered are like ChickFilA where you're guaranteed a free sandwich if you do the survey.

Same here. Seems like every place you go today has one of those surveys with a "chance" to win something. Sorry, if you want my opinion that badly, you need to give me something for it. A discount off my next purchase, a free item, cash, etc. I do a lot of surveys but I am paid for all of them.

I'm completed them before. The best ones are where you are offered a discount on a future purchase. If it's a place you frequent often then it's certainly worth it.

I've completed some of them, but found I motivated by the ones which provide me something in return. Old Navy gives a code to write down at the end of the survey for 10% off a future purchase.
