I need your help. One of my keyword is on 37 from past 2 weeks and its not improving. I want to know what could be the reason behind no improvement in this and what should i do?

Maybe post this in the blog forum. Strange that someone with "Search Engine Marketing Experts" in their .sig is asking me whether site is "search engine friendly or not" - shouldn't you already know???
