I got rear-ended by a motorcycle today when it tried to run a red light. He just stopped to make sure his bike is ok and finish running that red light and left the scene. I have a big hole in my bumper now. If this was a new or relatively new car, my Christmas or Holiday spending would be gone. Why do people do hit and run? Why motorcycle still on the road in this weather? My passenger said he has the same company decal as us so I let my guard down and not jot his tag right away. He caused us to be in the middle of the very busy intersection. I spent my lunch going around looking for his bike.

I have collision only because it's a 19 years old car that I just spent about 1800 dollars to whip into tip-top shape for reliable communiting. It had electrical problem, which I fixed and replaced all things such as brake pads, rotor, caliper, hose along with things such as alternator, starter, spark plug, wire, distributor, battery, etc. It is best to spend 1800 dollars on a car, already paid for and runs well (engine and transmission) than to risk having it break down and negate into a pile of heap on a side of the road. It need a good vehicle with good gas mileage for carpooling. Having an old car is best for situation such as ding, scratch, and recklessness of others.
The guy that hit me works for the same company but I can't find which building he works at. Cops are of no help and so are the security at work. I want video footage of a red bike coming to work at certain time and they won't give it to me. I told them it must feel very nice to have a hit-n-run person going around living a carefree life. If he can run when there are witness in broad daylight, what would he do in some dark roads out of nowhere. This is the kind of person that would run after hitting a child trick-n-treating.
