A lot of really nice people have given you a lot of good advice here and I think you did a great job with your budget, lots of people don't even have a budget, me included.
What I do know from experience is this. Money isn't everything. Your little girls will really benefit by having their mother home with them/for them. It's amazing what we can accomplish when we have to and it seems to me that everything always works out in the end.
If this is the best decision for your family you will find a way to make it work and be happy you did.
