Anyone familiar with Vindale Research?

I got an e-mail from Vindale Research, a survey company, and I'm wondering if they are legit. Here is their website: https://www.vindale.com/v/join3.jsp?cid=17982&s2=100418.

I don't have any experience with them, but judging from I am reading, I don't think I want to either.

According to the Better Business Bureau, Vindale Research is also known as SayForExample Inc., who has been given a grade of F.
