  • Investment in mutual funds

    Actually i need to invest in mutual funds.I know two types of fund income fund and stock funds.I think that income funds are better than stock funds.What will you suggest?

    There are actually lots of different kinds of mutual funds. Which ones are appropriate for you depend on your investment goals, your timeline, your risk tolerance, etc.

      Why do you think Income Mutual Funds are best? Do you believe interest rates will continue to fall? Do you think you are safe from inflation? Are you satisfied with 1%-3% interest? Do you feel it's a safe investment - that is the value of your contributions will not decrease?

        If he is contemplating on a mutual fund based investment, would he want a low-risk, cumulative investment?

          Guys does anyone know anything about saving money in a foreign bank? What are the drawbacks?

            Some income funds are stock funds. Unless you mean, income versus growth.

            What I'd suggest is highly dependent on how long it is until you need the money.

            It's your money, in a foreign bank. FX rate risk.
