When looking for a retail job, do you think TelOnU.com is a good source?

I found this website, TelOnU.com recently, and I really liked that they have reviews on companies, schools and people. I found it very informative and helpful, to say the least.
In looking for a retail job like my local Gap store, do you think the reviews on TelOnU.com are helpful or important?
should i be paying attention to these?
I need some feedback!!

well any job has problems....My husband was waiting for food one day at a restaurant and the lady was quietly muttering 'yes Tom*, I know Tom, would be done by now Tom if you would stop talking...." (Tom couldn't hear her, and she prolly thought no one else could either)

He pointed out every place has a 'Tom'. Unless you work for yourself you will have troubles with someone (or several someones) so take the complaints worth a grain of salt.

Folk need to let off steam, if it is a major issue folk should take it up with proper authorities, not a random venting website.

*Name has been changed cause I can't recall the fellows name, and besides wouldn't want to be mean to him.
