This question is probably more for the site owners, but I'd be interested in hearing the idea from the community as a whole.
I was going through the Tools section of the blogs, and I noticed that the link list have been expanded.
First of all, congrats to Poundwise for his thread to make that short list.
However, I've noticed that many more are still left unwritten.
Then it occurred to me that, if the owners are interested in crowd-sourcing, they could have a wiki instead so everyone can lend a hand in filling in those contents.
If you want to take it a step further, you can also make it so that prospective writers need to make the 100 post club before you can apply for writing privileges. That'll sort of "reward" the regulars, while giving newer people an incentive to further participate in the forums, as well as provide a certain layer of protection against spammers at least.
Anyway, it's just a thought. What do you guys think?
